What I'd like to do is form a writers co-op and we can edit each other's work. That would keep the costs down. I'd still look to paying for bespoke covers. I can do typesetting and I've been looking at print on demand with distribution so that when the title is in the ISBN database booksellers and libraries can order it.

Another thing a co-op cam help with is promotion and marketing. The more people to spread the message the better. We can also get a bunch of favourable reviews on the amazon etc.

Lastly there will be some money needed for advertising in proper places.
